Use Existing Custom Post Types for Portfolio

​​I purchased Kalium and it includes a "Portfolio" custom post type but I already have several years worth of content using an "Artwork" custom post type I created. I want all of the Kalium functionality to use the "Artwork" custom post type instead and eliminate "Portfolio." Again, I have over 100 "Artwork" posts already and need to be able to use them in this theme. ​​​
