Improve Typography font upload process

For self-hosted fonts, the current UI’s “browse” button for WOFF2 font files opens an Media Library uploader that returns an error message (“Sorry, you are not allowed to upload this file type.”) and does not enable FTP-style selection from the font folder. Please update the WOFF2 uploader and ability to point to self-hosted files, thank you!
