Carousel as wpbakery element

Could you please create a carousel as a wpbakery element?
It would be best if the carousel would look exactly the same way (same CSS) as the product image carousel and had the same click/touch capabilities.
And i mean carousel not just for photos, but for any content (html, images, WYSIWYG Editor)
